- Northern Lullaby is not responsible for lost packages due to mistyped addresses.
- Northern Lullaby cannot guarantee shipping times due to delays with customs, COVID, holidays or natural events.
- Allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped from our facility.
Do we ship internationally?
- No, we do not ship worldwide. We only ship to Canada and United States.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Due to the circumstances of COVID-19, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Please note: Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
- Orders placed during our sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange. Pre-orders are final sale and are not eligible for a refund, return, or exchange.
